Cancer Research UK's Race for Life 2008 has now finished.
We would like to thank all the women who took part in over 260 events across the UK to raise money for our life-saving work.
What a great day, everyone was friendly and supporting each other. The feeling you get when you cross the finishing line is so overpowering. I’m glad that I did it and I can’t wait to do it all over again next year.
